ANS FUTURENOW is a social incubator initiated by THROWN Associates, aimed at supporting high-impact social and environmental projects in the city of ANS, Belgium, with a start date set for Q3 2025. Focused on humanitarian initiatives, we provide collaborative workspace, community events, workshops on entrepreneurship and sustainability, a business incubation program, and a resource library for essential tools and information.
By addressing societal challenges, ANS FUTURENOW stimulates social innovation and fosters a compassionate, creative environment. Our goal is to create a positive and sustainable impact while empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and strengthening community capacities in ANS and beyond.

THE BRIDGE | LIFESTYLE HUB

The Bridge Lifestyle Hub was a multi-million dollar initiative designed to establish a premier destination for wellness, culture, and fitness, fostering a vibrant community focused on holistic health.
Over five years, this founders' vision was executed under Damien's leadership as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Strategic business architecture was developed, brand storytelling was emphasised, and project budget management ensured timely delivery. Damien played a crucial role in talent acquisition, prioritising people and culture to build a high-performing team. Key supplier relationships were established, and engagement with investors and stakeholders maintained transparency.
Ultimately, The Bridge Lifestyle Hub created a sustainable environment that promoted community engagement and a culture of wellness.
MOMENT SOCIETY
Project | Ideation to full realisation | 6 Years | Relaunch 2026
It's a movement. The MOMENT Society Project was a pioneering initiative founded to support and promote fashion and arts in the Baltic region from 2006 to 2012. It attracted 15,000 participants and showcased 100 emerging artists from 25 countries, making a significant impact through creative strategies, event management, talent curation, and partnerships.
Set for an international relaunch in 2026, MOMENT will focus on subcultures, creativity, education, and tomorrow. The multi-faceted platform will feature diverse activities such as fashion shows, film screenings, workshops, and live performances, offering a rich array of artistic experiences that connect various creative fields and inspire all participants and guests.
ARGO | Retail Network

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Argo Retail Network, we spearheaded a transformative initiative over the past two years to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen our creative strategy. We streamlined human capital roles, improving collaboration and responsiveness to market demands, which drove innovation throughout the organisation.
We executed a comprehensive rebranding strategy and pursued strategic brand acquisitions that expanded our product offerings. Additionally, our robust digital marketing strategy leveraged social media and targeted campaigns to effectively engage audiences. These efforts significantly improved brand visibility and sales growth, solidifying Argo Retail Network's leadership position in the retail sector.
K|I|D | Bar- Restaurant

The KID Restaurant was launched in Riga, Latvia, as an innovative dining destination, featuring a vibrant atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings. Our team played a crucial role in the project by providing concept ideation, interior design, and branding. This resulted in a unique space with a buffet-style salad bar alongside an à la carte menu that catered to a wide range of tastes, enhancing the overall customer experience.
At the time, KID quickly became a local favorite, recognized for its welcoming environment and engaging concept that encouraged families to connect over meals. Its focus on customer experience and satisfaction contributed to the restaurant's success, leading to the establishment of two additional locations and further expanding its influence in the local culinary scene with a distinctive approach to family-friendly dining.
DOMINA SHOPPING

As a dynamic team of four, we served as the Marketing & Communication Directors for Domina Shopping over a four-year subcontracting period. We implemented an innovative sales and marketing strategy for the mall, which includes over 160 fashion stores, F&B outlets, and service providers, with a strong focus on customer experience centricity to enhance brand visibility and engagement while efficiently managing budget planning.
Our efforts included developing cutting-edge PR and communication strategies, organizing impactful events, and providing regular performance insights to stakeholders. Additionally, our consulting on tenant mix optimisation significantly improved the customer experience, driving increased foot traffic and sales for the diverse range of retailers at Domina Shopping.
